Meet: wILLIE
Willie King is a U.S. Army Veteran and former Detroit Police officer. His fist deployment was at the DMZ in Korea. His second deployment was guarding the Colonel in Bosnia where he earned an award for saving his life. Willie would go on to become a Detroit police officer in the undercover unit and served there for over 16 years.
After retiring he has since come down with a rare auto-immune illness (1/5000 people get) that attacks his joints. He has been in and out of the hospital trying to find the right medication for his diagnosis. When flare-ups occur he has issues eating, drinking and doing everyday tasks. Please keep him in prayer that he would be healed of this!
