Meet: JOHN
At first glance, you never would think John was experiencing homelessness. You see, homelessness can happen to anyone, even those who seem like they have it all together. Those who know John know him as kind and compassionate - you can see it in his eyes. He has a quiet and peaceful demeanor. A few years ago, John's life hit rock bottom. He lost everything, including what was most important to him - relationship with his kids. That's when he decided to turn things around. He turned to Bridges Shelter to get his life back on track. John's ultimate goal is to reunite with his kids. He hopes his resolve and patience will pay off. Proceeds from the sale of this painting will go into Jonathan's "Love Account" - a special savings account to help him accomplish his long-term dreams. I chose to paint John in a burnt orange color because I see God leading him into a vibrant, rich future - a new beginning. Join me in praying for restoration and family reunification in John's life.
