Meet: BRIAN & RYDer
I met Brian and his son, Ryder, and mom, Amanda on the same day: a day they were having visitation with their precious son. Having experienced some bad choices and loosing custody of Ryder and no home to raise him in, both Amanda and Brian began the long road back to family with God's help. The streets are no longer his lonely home. Brian, a quiet, creative, sweet man, was lost for words as he began to experience the restoration of his son, a new place to live, a job and this painting. The compassion and love Brian has for Ryder is seen in this tender moment. The painting strives to capture the dignity of a father that cares and provides for his son, giving him a soft protective shoulder of love and rest. If sold I know a car would be next on the list to keep them going and moving toward the wholeness and provision they seek.
